De Zerbi Leaves After Just 10 Months in Charge
Brighton Confirm De Zerbi's Departure
Roberto De Zerbi has left Brighton & Hove Albion after just 10 months in charge. The Italian coach joined the Seagulls in September 2022, replacing Graham Potter, who had departed for Chelsea.
De Zerbi leaves Brighton with the club sitting ninth in the Premier League table. The Seagulls have won 11 of their 29 league games under De Zerbi, losing 11 and drawing seven.
Brighton have confirmed De Zerbi's departure in a statement on their website. The club said: "Brighton & Hove Albion Football Club can confirm that head coach Roberto De Zerbi has left the club with immediate effect."
"The club would like to place on record its thanks to Roberto for his work during his time at the club. We wish him well for the future."
